Paid Time Off (PTO)

A PTO plan allows employees to control how they use their paid time off and is intended to cover all absences: scheduled (vacation, personal, etc), and non-scheduled (sick time and other unforeseeable events).

Holidays

Marketron offers nine paid holidays per year: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas.

The Marketron Broadcast Solutions 401K plan offers a broad range of investment choices with no front end or back end load fees and rollovers can be accepted immediately.

Insurance benefits are available on or coinciding with the first day of the next month following employment. Marketron contributes toward the medical, dental, vision and prescription plan. Marketron also offers a Section 125 pre-tax medical and dependent care spending plan. Fully company-paid plans include life insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability insurance.
