    Centralized maintenance of data provides benefits for many. Rep-Pak data maintenance is centralized to empower your sales team to focus on selling and negotiating versus chasing data for stations, ratings and programs from multiple sources. Creating, searching and maintaining a proposal (avail) or booking (order) is fast and streamlined and can be delivered as either a document attached to email or electronically in various formats. Bookings are sent directly into your traffic system.
  • Flexible design enables variety of selling scenarios. Rep-Pak enables clients to provide sales structure and corporate control on a variety of levels. Rep-Pak supports multiple offices and teams, different ways of creating combined stations (networks), and a variety of rate cards and ratings books implementations. Rep-Pak can work for you right out-of-the-box or be extensively customized for your specific situation.
  • Research tools. Rep-Pak uses BBM as its main source of ratings information. BBM data can either be imported from BBM applications or Rep-Pak research tools can be adopted to maintain ratings books and rate cards. Rep-Pak research provides accurate reports and a variety of data is always accessible to the sales person.
  • Multi-level reporting. Rep-Pak provides an extensive set of sales and billing reports. Each report can be as broad or as granular as you desire. All reports are exportable to Excel for further customization and data mining.

  • Send orders to various traffic systems. Rep-Pak is able to send orders to a variety of traffic systems and has the capability to interface with any new system.
  • Research tools and reporting. Update your seasonal ratings book with every new ratings release, then send a master planner report to provide your sales team with accurate ratings and programming information.
  • Post-analysis. Import or create post-analysis ratings books and apply it against existing bookings.
  • Sophisticated proposal/bookings editors. Both proposal and bookings editors have a variety of functions and formats from which to choose. By combining these utilities, salespeople can present company assets in the best possible light.
