Lavada has been in our Client Services Department for more than seven years. She has an associate’s degree in Communications Applications Technology from the Community College of the Air Force and more than 27 years experience in software and IT support.
Client Services:
The role that Client Services has played with our clients has never been as significant as it is today. As each consultant answers a call or request for support, the emphasis is on “give the same level of service that you would expect to receive yourself”. We don’t concentrate on quantity of calls or how quickly they are ended, but on the quality of the assistance we provide.
Each Client Services Consultant has been in our department for at least 4 years. They have experience in both the media and technical (IT) industries allowing them to focus on the total needs of our clients, not just that of troubleshooting our software. With the implementation of using GoToAssist, we are able to reach out to our clients reducing the frustration level of the customer by offering a more personal level of support and so giving attention to the specifics of an issue and not a possible general solution.
Our transition from the reference of customer service to customer care in itself illustrates the importance of our one-on-one relationship with the client. Our focus is customer care.

Production:
Our Production Department Manager has been with the company for 17 years. The department is responsible for ensuring we receive the more than 15 types of data, processing it and getting it to our clients as soon as possible. They also maintain working relationships with our various vendors to include Nielsen, Scarborough and Arbitron to name a few.
Training:
Our Training Department is run by a person with more than 20 years Television experience with 10 of those years using our products. We have classes scheduled each week and additional classes are added as we determine the need and as requested by our clients. Classes can also be requested on an individual basis or for your entire sales staff.
